Scouting System

The Scouting System ensures competitive integrity by placing players into divisions that match their proven skill level — for balanced, high-quality matchups and the best viewing experience.

The Role of the Lead Scout

Currently the Host acts as the sole Lead Scout, ensuring a consistent standard of evaluation across all candidates. The scout monitors active play, 1v1 results, and overall reputation.

Evaluation Criteria

Players are scouted based on live skill observation. To be selected, you're judged on:

Technical Mastery

Precision with aim and dodging.

Strategic Play

Strategic gameplay and positioning — why and when to do things.

Consistency

Maintaining a level of performance across multiple games.

Tier Division Process

Once scouted, players are categorized into one of two divisions:

Champions League Tier

Reserved for "Elite" players who demonstrate top-tier mechanical skill and tactical awareness.

Europa League Tier

Reserved for "Second Division" players who are skilled but a step below the elite bracket.

Invite & Response Phase

The scouting process follows a formal "Offer" system:

  1. 01
    The Offer

The Lead Scout reaches out with a formal invitation to a specific tournament (Champions or Europa).

  2. 02
    The Choice

The player has the right to Accept or Decline the spot.

  3. 03
    The Slot

If a player declines, the scout moves to the next highest-rated player to fill the 16-player bracket.
